My experience has been very enjoyable. Eventhough the course was very intensive, there was still plenty of time to make friends and have a good time.

The 4-week TEFL course has been intensive but immersely rewarding. It has provided me with a valuable insight into the world of EFL teaching and is an experience I will never forget. I made some great friends and spent a month living in a beautiful city. I definitely recommend it!

A very challenging and rewarding course. Very well-organised and if you're on the all-inclusive, you get well looked after. My accommodation was 10 minutes from the course on a direct, frequent tram route, and the oather flats were around the same distance away. Food + beer is still cheap in Prague, especially outside the city centre, and your food vouchers and card should last you through until the last week. On top of that, I spent 10.000 CZK of my own money for sightseeing, travel, etc. I would strongly recommend staying longer in Prague that the 4 weeks of the course, as there is so much to see and do, not only in the Czech republic, but Prague is very close to other interesting places like Berlin, Vienna and Bratislava. The course is very intensive, for the first couple of weeks especially, so you might be disappointed if you plan to go out every night, but you can still make the most of your weekends.

I gained so much from this course. Not only did I away with greater knowledge of the English language, but I learned more effective teaching methods. Blind side, I should have done this course years ago. It is worth every second!

If you're thinking about TESOL, this is the way to START. The program is intense and stressful with lots of deadlines and HARD WORK. But when you're done you are well prepared to be a good teacher.Oh, and Prague is beautiful.

There are not enough positive words in the English language to describe my experience at Prague Schools. The staff is incredibly supportive and goes out of their way to help you learn and develop as a teacher. Their dedication and commitment to their students is unrivalled throughout Prague. If given the opportunity, I would do it all over again in a second.

I am a very experienced teacher, based in Hungary. I learned an enormous amount about the language, teaching methods and teaching materials. The course is very hard work, but anyone who is interested in learning about teaching English to foreign students will benefit hugely from this course. The staff are helpfull, the classes stimulating and the sense of achievement immense! I cannot recommend this course too highly!

If you want the soundest of foundation on which to build your teaching career, then I suggest you attend this course. It is extremely well balanced, the experience is unbelievable and even someone who has never taught, like myself, will feel they are very well equipped to go and do just that at the end, just as I do. I cannot put enough stress on the fact that you will work and will work hard, but in the end you will see the necessity of it all. If you manage your time effectively you will succeed and will receive a great deal from the course, just as I have done.

Although everyone says it's an intensive course, the workload is manageable if you know what to expect. With the right preparation and the desire, anyone can pass this course and become a teacher.

Prague Schools has taught me a lot about teaching English as a second language in four weeks I spent here. I feel that the education I received was top quality and that the teaching practice was very useful. I now feel confident to begin working as an English teacher.

The Prague Schools program is much like that first four weeks of university. You're overwhelmed with new and concentrated information, intense classes, and oh yeah getting up in front of group to teach. Unlike university, in the TEFL program you don't get a settling period. You have four weeks to learn, teach, reflect teaching, teach again, learn more, take a small exam, and head out into the world a certified teacher! The four weeks are literally a compilation of about a semester's worth of information that you have to not only learn, but also apply in a very short amount of time. Having said all of this, it was a great month and has more than prepared me to work as a teacher in Prague. I finished the program in July, started teaching in Prague in August and now work full time in the city. It was a big jump for a girl from small town Indiana, but one of the best decisions I've made.

I cannot reccommend this course enough, it was something that I had always wanted to do and I left feeling very glad that I had done it!My confidence grew throughout the course, at times it was an uphill battle but one definately worth fighting as the results certainly enable you to teach straight away, groups of all ages! After the course I began teaching immediately in China and due to this course I felt as though I could not only give my students the best but I also got a lot from them. The content was varied and interesting I took a great deal from the one to one student and the designing your own material. The help was second to none throughout the course, staff were willing to help and were very efficient with their feedback enabling you to grow as much as you let yourself grow.DO IT!!!!!!!!!

Prague Schools gave me the perfect introduction to the world of teaching English. The course was very well structured and the tutors were always able to give support and guidance. The input sessions covered a wide variety of topics essential to teaching, and the actual teaching practice prepared us for different levels and needs of students. Overall, it was hard work but extremely worthwhile, and I would not hesitate to recommend the course at Prague Schools.
