Are you having difficulties with our on-line payment system - check out On-line Payment FAQ
1. What technical specifications should the PC have from which I want to make the payment from?
There is no specific configuration needed. It has to be connected to the internet and there has to be an internet
browser installed. The browser must have SSL and 128 bits coding built in. An example is Microsoft Internet
Explorer 6. In general any other explorer can be used as long as it meets SSL and 128 requirement. It does not
matter whether it runs on Microsoft Windows, Apple, Linux or another system.
2. A problem has occurred and I am not sure whether the payment has gone through.
If this happens please send an email to payment
praguetefl.cz listing all
information entered in the online form, including the amount, the date and time when you submitted the payment. It
is useful to let us know what operating system (MS Windows, Apple, Linux etc.), plus version and what browser were
used and installed on the computer you have tried to make the payment from. It would be useful if you also include
information about when the error has occurred (at what step of the operation) and copy the error message. All such
information will help us to prevent similar errors in the future.
You may also try to make the payment again from another computer or use a different browser if installed on the
same one.
3. An error message has appeared, "Security failure. Data decryption error" What should I do?
Firstly find out whether your explorer has JavaScript feature enabled. Make sure that in the settings of your
browser is JavaScript "ticked". If that does not help than try to upgrade your browser with a more recent version.
When using Internet Explorer for Macintosh, this error message can appear because of incompatability. The easiest
way to get around this is to use another browser such as Netscape, Safari
(www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/) or iCab. Be aware that this does not
apply to users of MS Internet Explorer on Microsoft Windows but only to Macintosh and MacOS users.
