II. Description of services
Prague Schools s.r.o. runs TEFL courses, English language courses and special trade.
III. Delivery of Services
Prague Schools runs TEFL and English language courses at our premises at Evropska 35, Prague 6 or at a partner school in Prague in accordance with
valid timetables published on our website http://www.tefl.cz/ .

VI. Deposits
The deposits are specified on our website http://www.tefl.cz/ as follows - for the TEFL courses is the deposit amount set, and for the English language courses the deposits are calculated as 20% of the course price.
The deposits must be paid before the interview in order to confirm the application. The acceptance confirmation is understood as the day when the confirmation of acceptance has been sent via either email, fax, post or the day when the applicant has been informed over the phone or in person, that he or she has been accepted.
The outstanding balance has to be paid no later than 4 weeks (28 days) prior to the course beginning. For 'high
demand' courses is the deadline 6 weeks (42 days).
The date of payment is the date when the payment has been received.
VII. Application procedure
In order to be accepted on any of Prague Schools' courses, you must fill in and submit the application form with all answers or placement test in the case of the English language courses. This can be done on-line, on our website or in person at the school.
After receiving the appropriate documents we will contact the applicant by email or by phone within two days in order to ask for the deposit payment and arrange either a phone or personal interview. After the deposit has been received we will confirm the interview appointment. Based on the interview and the application we will decide whether or not to accept you on the course, and for English language course, which level is the right one for you.
Acceptance is valid once you are placed on a course.
VIII. Cancellation
If the deposit is not paid the application is not valid and interview will not be arranged. If the outstanding balance is not paid within the time interval specified above, Prague Schools s.r.o. has the right to cancel the placement without refunding the deposit.
The payments are non-refundable if a client has changed his or her mind and has decided not to attend the course.
Prague Schools s.r.o. has the right to cancel any course without providing the reasons. If such a case occurs, all clients involved will be informed and their applications will be moved in accordance with the 'Start date - 2nd choice' provided in particular application form. If there are no places available in such courses the application will be moved to the earliest course available or to another one in accordance with applicants preference and current availability.
IX. Personal information policy
All personal data submitted to Prague Schools s.r.o. will be kept as highly confidential and used in
company only and for contacting the particular client. Prague Schools s.r.o. does not give out such information to
any third party, unless it has been agreed with the client of whom the information is about.
X. Why do we need our clients' personal data?
When ordering a course or any other service we need to know your name, address, phone and fax number,
number of your credit or debit card, the card expiration date, CVC or CVV code. It is also necessary that we know
the names of people on whose behalf the payment is made if made on someone's behalf.
The information named above enables us to process your application and send all materials containing the relevant
information via email, fax or by post. We require your telephone number in order to have the possibility to contact
you immediately in case of any change of your placement or booking.
The information obtained may be used for sending you information about our new offers, important changes of
services, or special promotions which we feel might be of your interest. If you wish not to receive such

We use statistic software for monitoring our customer habits in order to helps us make our website more user
friendly and to update our website.
XI. Security
Our website is secure when you go through to the payment part of the online sales process. We use SSL
(Secure Socket Layer) to protect your personal information. SSL is currently the preferred method to securely
transfer credit card and other sensitive data over the Internet. The software encrypts all information you input
before it is sent to our bank. This ensures that the information is protected against unauthorised
interception.

XIII. Currency
Payment can be made in four different currencies - USD, GBP, EURO and CZK. If you choose to pay in a
currency other than CZK, the amount will be exchanged to CZK according to the current rate announced daily by the
Czech National Bank, and that amount is the authorisation asked for. The daily exchange rate can be viewed at
http://wdb.cnb.cz/CNB_TXT/KURZY.K_CURRTXT. When
authorisation is successful, the amount is exchanged again to the currency which your account is held in. The
transaction is done in accordance with the current exchange rate announced by your bank. Please contact your bank
for the current exchange rate.
XIV. Course dates
Prague Schools s.r.o. has the right to move an application within the 'Start date - 1st choice' and the
'Start date - 2nd choice'. Prague Schools s.r.o. has the right to change course dates in an emergency situation providing that all applicants
are informed at least 4 weeks in advance.
